You'll be the go-to person for our website, systems, and accounts, helping our team focus on the community work that matters most., Website & Systems * Maintain and update the WordPress site (caccc-usa.org), including plugins, themes, and security patches * Monitor site uptime, backups, and performance Security * Apply routine security updates and monitor for vulnerabilities * Maintain safe password and access practices across platforms Database & Data Management * Build and maintain a simple database for volunteers, donors, and program contacts * Support clean data flow between Zoom, Mailchimp, and Google Suite and Microsoft * Support social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube Google Workspace Administration * Manage Google Drive permissions and folder structure * Maintain organized, secure access across staff, board, and volunteers Account Support * Troubleshoot email and platform access issues for staff and volunteers * Set up new accounts (email, Zoom, Google Workspace, Mailchimp) for incoming staff, interns, and volunteers * Deactivate accounts as needed when people transition out General IT Support * Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day tech questions * Recommend simple, low-cost tools that fit a small nonprofit's needs * Document processes so systems stay usable even as volunteers and staff change, Every account you set up, every permission you manage, and every hour of downtime you prevent lets our team keep showing up for the families and communities who depend on us. ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
