You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, platform leadership, administrators, developers, and enterprise technology teams to design scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will help shape and maintain the technical roadmap for MMA's Salesforce platform, while providing architecture oversight across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and related platform capabilities. You'll play a key role in strengthening Salesforce delivery by establishing technical standards, guiding solution design, reviewing configuration and code approaches, supporting DevOps and release management practices, and helping ensure the platform evolves in alignment with business needs and enterprise technology standards.
