 * Organisation und Koordination aller Aufgaben der Entwicklung in Softwareprojekten
 * Design und Implementierung von Backend- und Frontend-Komponenten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Science Team zur Integration von KI-Modellen
 * Durchführung von Code Reviews und Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität
 * Mentoring und Unterstützung von Junior Entwicklern
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Entwicklungsprozesse
