A high-growth technology consultancy is expanding its new Defence Consulting practice and is looking for senior and principal-level engineers to help define the technical direction of its engineering capability.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a new business, influence engineering strategy, mentor high-performing teams and deliver complex technology solutions across mission-critical Defence programmes.

The Role

You'll provide technical leadership across engineering teams while remaining hands-on, helping shape architecture, engineering standards and long-term technology strategy., * Leading the design of secure cloud and data platforms

 * Defining engineering standards and best practice
 * Providing technical leadership across delivery teams
 * Mentoring and developing engineers
 * Working closely with senior stakeholders on technical strategy
 * Driving innovation across cloud, DevOps and data engineering
 * Supporting large-scale transformation and greenfield programmes
 * Helping grow and shape the Defence engineering practice
