## About the Role

Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes, deploying improvements, action plans and closing gaps to achieve company goals.Qualifications- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Preferred Engineering degrees: Chemical or Mechanical.

 - Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co?op experience).
Experience in industrial environments is an added value.

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
 - Willingness and ability to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
 - Experience with continuous improvement, Lean and/or Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
 - Experience with information?management tools such as ERPs, MES, SharePoint is an added value.
 - Knowledge of programming macros in Excel, advanced skills on Power BI, Power Apps or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
