Your mission is to define, oversee, and actively execute a robust automation strategy that ensures high-quality software delivery for the Digital Delivery Services (DDS) Home Healthcare (HHC) department. You will lead the design of scalable frameworks while remaining deeply involved in script development and defect management.This role combines the leadership and strategic oversight of a Lead with the practical, detailed execution of an Engineer:Strategy & Framework Design: Define the QA automation strategy for ERP/CRM platforms and in-house solutions, while designing and implementing scalable frameworks tailored to these systems;Hands-on Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for critical enterprise platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365, in-house web and mobile applications;Team Coordination & Mentoring: Coordinate a team of engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
