## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support
 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen per Remote, telefonisch oder vor Ort
 * Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen zur Unterstützung des 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Pflege und Bearbeitung des Ticketsystems inklusive fristgerechter Abarbeitung
 * Dokumentation von Störungen sowie Aufbau und Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit im operativen Betrieb
