 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Verantwortlich für die fachliche Koordination des IT-Service-Management-Teams
 * Überwachung und Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs bzw. Ablaufs der IT-Services
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung sowie Optimierung als auch Implementierung der IT-Service-Prozesse
 * Auswertung inklusive Präsentation von Statistiken und KPI-Reports sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Umsetzungsstand der Richtlinien
 * Überwachung des Projektbudgets
 * Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Service-Katalogs
 * Ausrichtung der IT-Services unter Berücksichtigung der entsprechenden Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien
