* Durchführung von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets
 * Störungsannahme per Telefon und E-Mail zu Soft- und Hardwareproblemen im 2nd Level
 * Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
 * Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen in einem Ticketsystem
