 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei allen Fragen rund um ihre Endgeräte, Anwendungen und IT Prozesse
 * Erkennung von wiederkehrenden IT Problemen, deren Erfassung und Eskalation
 * Fehleranalyse und -Behebung im Rahmen des 1st Level Support für Hardware und Software anhand der Wissensdatenbank
 * Klassifizieren der Kundenanfragen inkl. Lösen oder ggf. Weiterleiten an den nachgelagerten Bereich
