 * Support für Citrix Workspace Umgebungen
 * Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory
 * Aufbau von Veranstaltungstechnik (Laptop/Beamer) in den Besprechungsräumen
 * Aufsetzen von Videokonferenzen mit Cisco WebEx und Meetingserver
 * Hardwareentstörung vor Ort im Büro / Durchführung von Hardwareumzügen
 * Betankung von PCs und Laptops / Softwareverwaltung
