## Description

* Die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Fehlermeldungen der Anwender per Fernzugriff oder direkt vor Ort
 * Die Priorisierung und Klassifizierung von eingehenden Tickets und die anschließende Dokumentation deiner Arbeitsvorgänge in einem Ticketsystem
 * Die Verwaltung von Benutzer-Berechtigungsanträgen und die Zurücksetzung von Passwörtern
 * Der Aufbau von Hardware-Komponenten
 * Der Austausch mit nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten und die Weitergabe von nicht lösbaren Tickets an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten
 * Die aktive Beteiligung an Arbeitsplatzumzügen und Rollouts
