## Description

As part of our IT team, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to users in Spain, France, Dubai, Singapur and Hong Kong, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure., * Providing Help Desk support (on-site and remote) for end users.

 * Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows, Mac and barcode devices.
 * Supporting network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs).
 * Managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, backups and security solutions.
 * Supporting production and laboratory IT systems.
 * Managing IT hardware inventory and spare parts.
 * Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
 * Participating in international IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
