## About the Role

* Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer providing 1 st & 2 nd Line Support
 * Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (up to 2022), Windows (10, 11) Operating Systems and Office 365
 * Experience of Core Network Fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, WiFi)
 * Experience of base Cyber Security services and practices surrounding them
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
 * Welsh Speaking (Desired NOT Essential)
 * Full UK Driving License (Desired NOT Essential)

## Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and professional IT company based in St Asaph who provide first class IT Support to various companies in the North West., * Acting as the first point of contact for technical assistance for customers contacting the IT Helpdesk

 * Providing 1 st and 2 nd line diagnosis and resolution for technical assistance requests
 * Work with customers in an friendly manner to understand and resolve technical issues
 * You will be involved in project work for existing and new clients such as software deployments and hardware upgrades
 * Working closely with other engineers to progress complex tickets effectively, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
 * Undertaking system monitoring tasks and checks for our client base
 * Continually looking for ways to improve personal performance.
