## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
 * Minimum 3 years project management experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle; consulting experience desirable
 * Project Management qualification or training preferred
 * Motivated, team player
 * Comfortable leading and managing a team
 * Experience within a leisure, hospitality, or gaming setting would be desirable
 + Advanced background with complex systems integration and implementation
 + Ability to work with mathematical concepts

## Description

* Support all aspects of change and release management as well as support the delivery of IT solutions, services and processes.
 * Manage the delivery and maintenance of systems and processes in operations, as well as oversee service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
 * Manage and execute projects to scope, schedule and budget.
 * Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades.
 * Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees.
 * Assist with incident management, effectively manage escalations, and identify and deliver service improvement opportunities or programmes.
 * Develops private intranet and public internet sites.
