This role would suit a recent graduate, an individual with some experience in administration or reporting, or someone looking to develop their career in a junior data-focused position. You'll be comfortable handling large amounts of information, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy solving problems. Just as importantly, you'll be able to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues across the business, explaining information and processes in a way that is easy to understand., * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences * Strong organisational and planning skills * Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data * Previous experience in an administration, reporting, data or analytical role would be advantageous but is not essential ## Description We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Group Technical function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their analytics career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, systems support and stakeholder engagement within a large, fast-paced organisation. This role has a strong administration and system support element, with approximately 70% of the role focused on managing, validating and maintaining data and reporting processes, and 30% focused on analysing data and producing insights.
