## About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic input. You'll play a key role in maturing an established IAM environment, leading a small team of engineers while driving improvements across identity governance, authentication and automation.

Key experience required:

 * Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration
 * Application registrations, SSO, secrets and certificate management
 * Identity governance and access management
 * Automation within an IAM environment
 * Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
 * Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Experience with SailPoint ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C or Entra External ID would be advantageous.
