This is a field-based role with the majority of your time spent at client sites, so you'll need to enjoy being out and about, be flexible to travel, and be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. ## Description Join our Customer Technology team and help shape the digital experience across our client sites. We're looking for a proactive Digital Implementation Coordinator to play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions across our Premium B&I portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time supporting technology implementations at client sites, ensuring new digital solutions are delivered seamlessly and provide an outstanding experience for both clients and customers. What you'll be doing... As our Digital Implementation Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of technology projects and site mobilisations from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
