You'll manage and develop senior software engineers and technical leads while providing the direction, coaching, staffing, prioritization, and support needed to deliver high-quality software. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader who can balance people, technology, delivery, and business priorities while helping teams continuously improve., Engineering Leadership * Lead, coach, and develop software engineers and technical leads through feedback, goal setting, performance management, and career development. * Build effective teams through hiring, staffing, onboarding, and clear accountability. * Support the growth of senior engineers and emerging technical leaders. Delivery & Business Partnership * Own delivery across scope, quality, timelines, dependencies, risk, budget, and operational readiness. * Partner with product, architecture, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans. * Help teams prioritize initiatives, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. * Manage staffing and budgets for significant software initiatives.
