This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of the Digital Roadmap. They will use their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management. This is a three-year limited term position. This position is a hybrid work environment opportunity, not a permanent remote assignment. The successful candidate must be a California resident when employment begins, reside within a commutable distance, and must work at least one day per week on campus. Two major initiatives will anchor this Change Manager s initial portfolio. The first is providing change management support for the Unified Visitor Experience project, which will include a Digital Signage Initiative and technology projects to improve the parking experience.
