## About the Role

* 2-4 years of paid social experience, preferably in an agency.
 * Experience managing campaigns across the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, traffic and conversion).
 * Comfortable managing medium to large campaign budgets.
 * Experience supporting client presentations or new business pitches is a plus.
 * Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
 * Experience with other platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or Google Ads) is a plus.
 * Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater or similar).
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
 * Analytical and detail-oriented.
 * Strong planning and organisational skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
 * Proactive, collaborative and client-focused.

## Description

Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes across the full marketing funnel. The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment, generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth., * Develop, execute, and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion.

 * Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
 * Translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results.
 * Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
 * Monitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation.
 * Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
 * Support new business opportunities by contributing to paid media pitches, media plans, and strategic recommendations.
 * Apply audience and market insights, including social listening outputs, to strengthen campaign planning and optimisation.
 * Manage large campaign budgets with strong attention to detail, forecasting, pacing and budget control.
 * Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging best practices in paid social advertising.
