* Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson zu unserem externen IT-Dienstleister und definieren und steuern Service-Level-Anforderungen und stellen die fristgerechte Umsetzung sicher
 * Sie optimieren und entwickeln unsere IT-Abläufe und Prozesse weiter und koordinieren die Umsetzung mit externen Partnern
 * Sie übernehmen den internen 1st & 2nd Level IT-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden
 * Sie sind wichtiger Bestandteil in spannenden IT-Projekten im Rahmen der Anwendung von KI, Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung unserer Kanzlei
