We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of data operations that support our product development.
You are part of the Data Operations leadership team and responsible for a team of 5 Veevans and multiple hundred curators.
You know how to lead an engaged and high-performing team.
Building a personal connection with your team and holding them accountable comes naturally to you.
You are experienced in driving process improvements and skilled in data-driven decision-making.
You are hands?on.
Don't shy away from analyzing the data for your decisions yourself.
Based on your understanding of the value a product adds to customers, you can shape operations and be a sparring partner to product managers.
You will represent Data Operations in a cross?functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements
Ensure your teams curate high?quality data
Guide Data Analysts in assessing the data quality
Manage a high?performing team
Manage relationships with stakeholders from different functions in Link
Be hands?on in analyzing your team's performance
Execute change with speed, If moving to the interview stage, our process is as follows:
A conversation with the hiring manager
A personality assessment
A practical case exercise
A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader
Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.
