This hands-on technical role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your time is split 50/50 between maintenance and project work. Key projects include implementing new product lines with self-service flows, enhancing the end-to-end quote-to-cash cycle, optimizing debt collection, and reducing friction in the customer invoice payment process. You will focus on custom Apex development and integration architecture, and champion the use of AI-assisted development tools. Where you will have impact - Design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC, following enterprise patterns. - Build and maintain integration flows connecting Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. - Actively use and experiment with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and champion new ways of working across the team. - Mentor and guide other developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team's overall expertise. - Take ownership of technical analysis and implementation, translating business requirements into well-designed technical solutions. - Collaborate with architects to ensure the system remains maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-wide standards.
