## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
 * 5-7+ years in Data/AI/Platform Engineering or related roles
 * Experience designing enterprise-scale data pipelines and cloud-native platforms
 * Proven Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Squad Lead experience
 * Strong ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, Metadata Management, and Data Governance
 * Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or GCP
 * Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, RAG, AI agent architectures
 * Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, DataOps
 * Strong SQL and Python skills
 * Agile and Scrum experience

## Description

In this role you will design, build, and scale AI data platforms and governance to enable enterprise AI and Analytics. You will lead data engineering squads and own the data foundations from ingestion to deployment, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll bridge business needs with platform capabilities and drive adoption of reusable data products. This position supports Johnson & Johnson's mission to advance health through data-driven AI at scale., * Act as Technical Product Owner for AI Data Engineering products and platforms

 * Translate business requirements into scalable data/AI solutions with stakeholders and architects
 * Define and prioritize platform backlogs and roadmaps
 * Lead development of data pipelines for AI, analytics, ML, and Generative AI use cases
 * Oversee batch, streaming, and real-time data integration
 * Ensure governed, trusted data assets and data quality/observability
 * Implement MLOps, CI/CD, and DataOps practices
 * Lead Agile squads and ensure delivery governance
 * Ensure security, privacy, and compliance with enterprise standards
 * Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform teams
