## Description

issues.* Respond promptly to service desk requests and ensure effective resolution of all IT incidents.* Support and troubleshoot issues for both on-site and remote users, including branch locations.* Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware, software, and system assets.* Log, track, and close support tickets accurately, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.* Document resolutions, case studies, and standard operating procedures to enhance the organization's knowledge base.* Perform regular system health checks, equipment inspections, and preventive maintenance.* Ensure all systems are compliant with security policies, including keeping antivirus and other security software up to date.* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and IT processes.* Participate in after-hours on-call support when required.* Carry out additional IT-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:*, Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information
