What we are looking for - 1+ years of experience as a Software engineer. - Strong full-stack skills and the ability to build end-to-end solutions with limited supervision. - Experience working with APIs, integrations, and business workflows. - Good judgment when deciding between custom development, SaaS, automation tooling, or simple manual solutions. - Comfort working in ambiguous environments where requirements are not fully defined upfront. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A pragmatic mindset: able to deliver useful solutions without overengineering. - Ability to understand business processes and identify where technology can genuinely improve efficiency. - Ownership mentality: able to move initiatives forward, identify blockers, and make progress without constant direction. Nice to have - Experience building internal tools or operational platforms. - Experience with CMS platforms, document workflows, or systems such as Adobe Sign, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. - Familiarity with automation platforms or workflow tools. - Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular. - Experience with Node.js, Python, SQL, and REST APIs. - Experience evaluating low-code / no-code options when appropriate. - Exposure to cloud environments and deploying internal services.
