## About the Role

* Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or a comparable field
 * More than 5 years experience in a comparable role
 * Experience in Machine Learning, GenAI and Data Analytics. Strong programming skills in Python and Database and experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
 * Fluent in English and Spanish
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable way

At BSH, we are seeking a highly skilled AI / Data Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects.

 * Drive the data and AI-driven transformation by identifying and implementing end-to-end use cases with business stakeholders.
 * Develop data-driven applications and decision-making processes in collaboration with various business units.
 * Design and build modern data architecture and data products, with a focus on Data Mesh principles.
 * Improve and ensure data quality and architecture by structuring data flows and working with Data Owners and IT.
 * Strengthen the company's data culture by supporting and enabling teams to leverage data effectively.
