* Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
 * Experience in Offshore Wind Farms.
 * Proven track record in wind turbine technical support and team leadership.
 * Experience with power converters, mechatronic systems, and quality tools.
 * Fluent in English.

## Description

* Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop and execute commissioning test plans.
 * Validate asset receipt to mitigate technical risks and prepare commissioning protocols for Haliade projects.
 * Assist back-office teams with tooling, spares, and cost analysis to optimize commissioning efficiency.
 * Provide onsite and remote technical support to offshore technicians and ROC, manage defects, and ensure timelines.
 * Lead technical and operational improvements, driving digitalization, data analytics, and EHS compliance.
 * Analyze data and communicate recommendations to enhance safety, quality, and performance.
 * Uphold quality standards, documentation, and safety adherence across projects.
 * Lead WT commissioning activities autonomously, share best practices globally, and support tender processes.
