* Technische Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Betreuung und Pflege von Windows Hard- und Software sowie der Netzwerkinfrastruktur mit seinen Komponenten
 * Paketierung und Verteilung von Software via Baramundi
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und deren Umsetzung
 * Pflege der Systemdokumentation
 * Supportanfragen von Kunden in Bezug auf GC Online PLUS
