As a member of our established team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and infrastructure that empower developers to shape the future of gaming using Unity. Joining our dynamic, international, and diverse work environment, you will collaborate with many teams across the company. Your contribution will be crucial in building and supporting services that cater to thousands of developers worldwide. Moreover, as we continuously explore new frontiers and forge ahead, there will be ample opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge alongside the team. What you'll be doing * Deploy and assist with the physical rollout of new hardware into racks * Support automated installations of OS and infrastructure services * Collaborate with the team to resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure issues promptly, minimizing downtime and service disruptions * Process RMAs to ensure adequate hardware levels are maintained * Identify future requirements and participate in planning activities, This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English.
