## About the Role

* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT Support Engineer role
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Experience with server administration and infrastructure support
 * VMware/vSphere/ESXi
 * Veeam Backup & Replication is advantageous but not essential.
 * Multi-site or remote user support
 * Working with international IT teams

## Description

You'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation's IT environment, working across:

 * Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy)
 * Server, storage, backup and monitoring infrastructure
 * Server patching, security hardening and vulnerability remediation
 * Virtualisation technologies (VMware/vSphere)
 * Desktop and laptop support
 * Endpoint management and device support
 * Backup and disaster recovery processes
 * Technical documentation and asset management
 * BAU support and ticket resolution within agreed service levels.
