Researches and analyzes new technology solutions to support IT decision-making processes. Develops customer-specific IT strategies into roadmaps and work plans. Builds and maintains relationships with customers to ensure IT solutions align with business strategies. Influences discussions with senior management and IT leadership regarding technology trends and strategic planning. Educates stakeholders on planning processes to ensure compliance. Collaborates with local IT leadership to prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs, strategy, workload, and budget. Acts as a liaison between assigned areas and IT, understanding business operations and decision-making processes.
