This team partners closely with architecture, operations, and cloud teams to modernize network infrastructure while maintaining the stability and resilience required in a highly regulated environment. Joining this team means working on largescale, business-critical systems where thoughtful design, automation, and operational excellence directly impact the firm's ability to serve clients. What You'll Do: In this role, you will operate as a senior network engineering resource responsible for designing, supporting, and evolving enterprise network solutions. You will balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership, contributing to project work, incident resolution, automation initiatives, and lifecycle management across on-prem and cloud networking platforms. Here are a few of the Key Responsibilities: + Partner with architects and engineering peers to design, test, and implement enterprise network solutions + Serve as the technology lead for major network upgrades and deployment initiatives + Ensure network solutions meet operational requirements for performance, capacity, resiliency, automation, monitoring, backup, and lifecycle management + Lead investigation and resolution of complex network incidents and escalations + Develop and maintain automation using Python and Infrastructure as Code to improve reliability and efficiency + Act as a primary technical point of contact for vendors related to supported network platforms + Train and support junior engineers on new systems, tooling, and operational processes + Participate in project and operational workflows using Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow + Participation in an on-call rotation is required approximately once every 2 months as primary or secondary for a one-week period.
