Work at WholesomeCo is meaningful, but we also know how to have fun, with team camaraderie, shared experiences, and moments to celebrate built into our culture., * An educational background in a technical field preferred but not required * At least 1 year of previous experience in an IT support role is preferred * COMPTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications preferred but not required * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Flexibility to be on call for urgent issues with facility and retail locations, occasionally outside of normal business hours * Strong organizational skills, ready to pivot as the role demands it * Must be a self starter, you are someone who is motivated to do your best each and every day * Ability to stand, sit, bend, crouch for extended periods * Ability to carry up to 25 lbs without any assistance * Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle to commute from our retail location to our supply facility and vice versa * Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check * Must be 21 years of age or older ## Description * Act as the primary internal support for our POS software and state compliance workflows.
