## About the Role

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required

EPIC certification a plus

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Necessary skills for successful report developers include

 * Chronicles - Basic understanding
 * Crystal Reports - Mastery
 * EPIC - Basic (certified) within (6) months
 * KBSQL and/or SQL - Proficiency
 * Microsoft Access, Excel and Word - Proficiency
 * Microsoft PowerPoint and Project - Basic understanding
 * Minimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
 * Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
 * Windows - Proficiency

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:

Exposure Class I or II, service specific - various, depending on service - limited exposure to situations which could cause serious illness or injury.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Light work: standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods of time. Light lifting regularly, moderate lifting occasionally

## Description

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

The Report Developer will be responsible for the following

 * Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
 * Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and data
 * Analyze, design and develop reports and extracts
 * Manage vendors
 * Project management
 * Provide reporting maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgrades
 * Provide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leaders
 * Support end user reporting training as needed
