 * Weiterleitung von spezifischen Problemstellungen an die zuständige Abteilung
 * Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware (Notebooks, Mobiltelefone, etc.)
 * Einrichtung und Administration der IT-Hardware (Server, Netzwerk, Infrastruktur) inkl. Koordination von Neubestellungen
 * Dokumentation in den entsprechenden Systemen und Wissensdatenbanken
