 * Systembetrieb: Durchführung von Installationen, Upgrades, Releasewechseln, Patches sowie Performance-Optimierungen
 * SAP BTP & RISE: Betreuung technischer Themen im SAP BTP Umfeld sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem RISE-Betriebspartner
 * Schnittstellenmanagement: Betreuung und Analyse technischer Schnittstellen sowie IDocs und BAPIs
 * Berechtigungen & Security: Unterstützung im SAP Berechtigungsmanagement sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Systembetriebs
 * Troubleshooting: Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
