We're partnering with an exciting AI startup on a mission to redefine how people interact with everyday productivity tools. Rather than adding AI as an afterthought, they're building an intelligent assistant that helps users organise work, complete tasks, and automate complex workflows with minimal prompting. They're now looking for a Python Backend Engineer - Technical Lead to build the infrastructure that powers every AI interaction across their platform. The Role You'll own the Back End services sitting between foundation models and end users, designing highly scalable, low-latency systems that deliver fast, reliable AI experiences. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work on inference pipelines, orchestration, distributed systems, and production infrastructure, ensuring AI features perform reliably at scale.
