You will act with autonomytosupport the embedding and delivery of change across all business areas of the programme with impact across the organisation.The role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and national partners, ensuring that initiatives are co-designed, embedded effectively, and deliver long-term benefits. Main duties of the job TheBusiness Change Facilitatorwillbe responsibleforimplementingchange management within the Digital Health Protection programme (DHP) delivery.The role provideschange planning and delivery support forthe programme to deliversignificant changeand benefits tothe people of Wales. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, theBusiness Change Facilitatorensures that programmes are well-embedded,and userscantransition through the delivered change. They manage complex programme interdependencies, lead businessplanningandbenefits delivery. A key part of the role issupporting business change,trainingand onboarding of users to the Digital Health protection service.
