## About the Role

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 4-year degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

 * 1+ years of Excel experience.

 * Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

 * Detail-oriented problem-solver who can decompose ambiguous requests into concrete steps and solutions.

 * Comfortable in a startup-like environment on a small team.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Understanding of commercial loans, real estate, structured financing, and budgeting.

 * Master's in Finance (preferred, not required)

 * Internship experience in Finance/CRE.

Technical Skills

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 * Intermediate to advanced Excel user.

 * Data wrangling and quality analysis.

 * Report writing.

 * Utilize AI for efficiency

## Description

You will have a unique opportunity to create, test, and implement a variety of complex, dynamic business content items integrated with cloud databases. This position works on specific assignments, collaboratively with a team, in delivery of finished content items for clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements
*
Build complex reports, financial models, configuration, and analytic content.

 * Manage end-to-end implementation from a technical perspective.

 * Lead client meetings and participate as requested to explain topics.

 * Gather business requirements, document client workflows, and translate them into system configuration and deliverables.

 * Provide training for clients on use of delivered content items.

 * Provide feedback and solutions for the client to better support their business within the context of the software.

 * Review and understand client excel models and reports.

 * Review and understand client-specific CRE business processes.

 * Analyze problems and propose solutions.

 * Communication and team participation.
