## Description

Rapyd is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our data analytics team and take a leading role in shaping data-driven decisions across the company. This is a true all-around role: you'll move fluidly from recurring reporting to complex, open-ended analyses, owning initiatives end to end - from problem definition and data exploration to insights and recommendations. You'll partner closely with teams across the company, including Product, Operations, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and senior leadership. As a trusted data partner, you'll help stakeholders navigate ambiguous questions, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions that directly impact Rapyd's strategy and performance.

What you'll do

 * Lead complex data analyses to drive strategic business decisions
 * Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks
 * Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data models
 * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large, complex datasets
 * Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
 * Define and uphold analytical standards across the team
