## About the Role

We are seeking a Telecom Provisioning Engineer with strong OSS/BSS expertise to design, build, and maintain service provisioning solutions. This role will support automation, system integration, and service lifecycle management across complex telecom environments., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 * 3-7+ years of experience in telecom provisioning / OSS development.
 * Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
 * Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and system integrations.
 * Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems and service provisioning platforms.
 * Knowledge of telecom protocols and concepts (e.g., IP networking, MPLS, Ethernet, VoIP).
 * Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
 * Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
 * Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain automated provisioning workflows for telecom services (e.g., broadband, voice, video, enterprise networking).
 * Build and enhance integrations between OSS/BSS platforms, network elements, and third-party systems.
 * Develop APIs, microservices, and backend components to support provisioning and service orchestration.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical provisioning solutions.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning failures and system integration issues.
 * Collaborate with Network Engineering teams to understand device-level configurations and provisioning requirements.
 * Support lifecycle management including activation, modification, suspension, and decommissioning of services.
 * Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives (e.g., legacy to modern OSS platforms).
 * Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of provisioning systems.
 * Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
 * Maintain documentation for provisioning logic, workflows, and integrations.
