Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and community members. * Ability to provide quality customer service and maintain positive working relationships. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when needed. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to technology issues efficiently. ## Description Brown City Community Schools is seeking a Technology Specialist to assist the Director of Technology in supporting and maintaining district technology systems, devices, and infrastructure. This position provides technical support to staff and students, assists with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintains district technology equipment, and helps ensure reliable day-to-day operation of district technology systems. This position is a part-time position working approximately 22-29 hours per week. Duties and Responsibilities These duties and responsibilities are judged to be "essential functions" in terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
