The Data and Assessment Analyst owns the data systems, processes, validation and configuration at DCI, In partnership with the Data & Assessment Coordinator, the principals, and the CAO this role also assists with the planning and coordination of all standardized assessment administration., * Build and maintain systems of data collection across school teams including dashboards, calendars, trackers, etc. * Serve as a data management liaison and technical support for key platforms used at DCI (example - Toddle). * Build and use data systems to proactively report data to instructional leaders for use in making instructional decisions. * Analyze and organize data for the Data & Assessment Coordinator, senior leaders, and instructional leaders for use in presentations and in alignment with DCI's Five Year Strategic Plan and ongoing focus areas. * Assist with professional development for educational staff in order to increase their skills in using current data platforms. * Assist with student and staff culture survey implementation, and analysis for reporting. * In partnership with the Data & Assessment Coordinator, support the management of SIS (eSchools Plus) and other data systems as needed, reconciling errors between systems. * Prepare and analyze data for special projects. * Analyze and report all data points as required by OSSE and PCSB.
