* Führung des Teams IT-Infrastruktur (derzeit eine Person, langfristig mit Wachstumsziel)
 * Weiterentwicklung und Vergrößerung des Teams
 * Verantwortung für den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Serviceprozesse und der IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmen
 * Betreuung des M365-Tenants in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Dienstleister
 * Steuerung und Koordination von IT-Dienstleistern
 * Leitung von IT-bezogenen Projekten
 * Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der internen IT-Services
 * Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentation, Standards und Notfall-/Backup-Konzepten
