 * Hands-on-Fähigkeit zur fachlich-technischen Bewertung: Prompts/RAG-Setups; APIs/REST und Datenflüsse; Basis-Skills in Python/SQL für Analysen/Tests von Vorteil (kein Full-Stack- Entwicklungsfokus).
 * Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Wissen im Bereich KI-Regulatorik.
 * Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Dienstleistungs- und Lösungsorientierung.
 * Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Rhetorik, Kommunikation und Präsentation.

## Description

* Weiterentwicklung und Koordination der KI-Themen im BVR sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der verbundweiten KI-Ausrichtung in der GFG.
 * Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer KI-Projekte inklusive Priorisierung, Terminsteuerung, Qualitätssicherung und fachlich-technischer Steuerung aller Stakeholder.
 * Analyse technologischer und regulatorischer Entwicklungen (z. B. EU AI Act) sowie Ableitung, Priorisierung und Initiierung entsprechender Maßnahmenpakete.
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von KI-Potenzialen und Use Cases für BVR und GFG.
 * Technische Bewertung und Begleitung von KI-Anwendungen (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks, M365 Copilot/Studio) inklusive Architektur- und Datenflussverständnis, Testdesign, Qualitätssicherung sowie Prompt-/RAG-Konfiguration und Feintuning.
 * Sicherstellung eines dauerhaften und sicheren KI-Betriebs (Run Enablement) inklusive Monitoring, Qualitätsmetriken und enger Abstimmung mit IT und Security.
 * Steuerung relevanter Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse, Aufbau von KI-Communities sowie fachliche Repräsentation des BVR/GFG gegenüber internen Gremien, Mitgliedsinstituten, Politik, Behörden und Standardisierungsgremien.
