World is looking for a Network Engineer to help us monitor, implement and maintain our network infrastructure., * Install, monitor and configure network and internet systems. * Implement configuration changes on network components: routers, switches, access points. * Install new software/firmware, perform system upgrades, and conduct general maintenance. * Drive Continual Service Improvement through the evaluation of system errors and inefficiencies. * Assist with documenting infrastructure environments, processes, procedures, test plans, and project plans. * Provide operational support for internal customers on varying support issues. * Help ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards. * Unbox, configure, rack and stack network equipment. * Manage and maintain Zoom phone and Zoom Contact Center * Zoom Phone administration involves managing user licenses, call routing, phone numbers, and device provisioning within the Zoom web portal.
