## About the Role

Betreuung, Administration und kontinuierliche Optimierung zentraler Unternehmensapplikationen Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support Planung und Durchführung von Updates, Releases sowie Systemanpassungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Anforderungen Steuerung und Abstimmung externer Dienstleister Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
