 * Mitwirkung an der strategischen Neuausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und Firewallinfrastruktur
 * Störungsbehebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support der komplexen Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Planung und Umsetzung von DataCenter-Prozessen, inklusive Roadmaps und Prozessoptimierung
 * Analyse von Logfiles und Netzwerktraffic sowie Überwachung der Performance
 * Identifikation von Sicherheitsrisiken und Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit oder Leitung von IT-Projekten und Dokumentation technischer Änderungen nach ITIL
 * Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Presales-Aktivitäten
